Córdoba is a city located in the province of Andalucía in which today is a tourist center that attracts millions of visitors for its wealth of heritage, because in ancient times this city was conquered by Romans, Muslims, Jews and Christians, and in the twenty-first century its traces are still visible.
This blog has been created in order to share information about geography and festivities from Spain and USA for our project between both high schools. Este blog se ha creado para compartir información sobre geografía y fiestas o celebraciones de España y Estados Unidos entre los dos colegios/institutos que estamos realizando este proyecto.

CÓRDOBA
There are many beautiful places which you can visit. In the first place is the Mezquita de Córdoba founded in 786 and declared a World Heritage Site, is a very beautiful mosque due to its history and structure with multiple decorations.
In the second place there is also the Alcazar de los Reyes cristianos that was the residence of the Catholic kings and where they met with Christopher Columbus to finance their trip to the Indies, just as the mosque is worth visiting this building since it has a lot of history, Inside you will find beautiful gardens with fountains, lakes and beautiful trees.
I recommend these two wonderful places!!!!!
