El monumento del que hablaré es el Bunker Hill Monument. Se encuentra en Boston, Massachusetts, y fue donde se libró una de las primeras batallas importantes durante la guerra revolucionaria. El monumento tiene 221 pies de altura. Fue realizado en 1825-1843. El monumento está construido sobre una colina. La colina tiene 62 pies de altura y está empinada en sus lados este y oeste. Un arquitecto llamado Solomon Willard fue quien diseñó el monumento.
