Cádiz is a city located in Andalucia, in the southern of spain. This city was funded by some merchants from Tiros, this place was called Gadir, where they build a tample and a port, in the temple was the ashes of Hercules.
Later, Cádiz was the city what controlled the commercial of Spain, the streets are very long and narrow, where you can get lost very easy.
This place is very famous for his carnival and chirigota, some people say that this is the place with more art of Andalucia, and Spain.
This place have a lot of beaches, but the most famous is the beach "de la calzada", this beach is famous for the color of the sand, where many horses pass.
Other monument that is in Cádiz and is very famous, is the monument of the constitution of 1812, whitch is known to be the first constitution of Spain.
On the other hand Cádiz is known for his food, the most famous is "papas con choco", which is a potato and cuttlefish stew.
Cádiz is a place in the in the south, the best food is "pescadito frito", it is usually made with small fish.
In my opinion is a very beautiful place, the people are very friendly and they help you with everything, they tell you places to visit or eat.
